Cottonwood Cove Marina Boat Slip Rentals

Looking for a home for your own boat? Slip rentals are available at Cottonwood Cove Resort & Marina. Rates are either per month or per foot, whichever is greater.

All boats are due out of slips by 11:00am the morning after the last night rented. Moorage for 30 days or longer requires a signed rental agreement, proof of insurance and a copy of the current registration. Daily slip rentals available at $25/day. Courtesy dock (any length boat) also available from 7pm - 7am for $25/night.

• Uncovered Slips (rates are based per month or by foot, whichever is greater)
• 12' x 28' are $266.00 a month or $9.50 per ft
• 12' x 36' are $342.00 a month or $9.50 per ft
• 15' x 40' are $418.00 a month or $10.45 per ft
• 18' x 48' are $501.60 a month or $10.45 per ft
• 18' x 59' are $616.55 a month or $10.45 per ft
• Buoy field price is 7.25 per ft, per month
• Covered Slips (rates are based on slip or boat length, whichever is greater)
• 12' x 36' are $468.00 a month or $13.00 per ft
