Start & Return Time
Houseboat boarding is between 8AM & 10AM on the trip's start date and houseboats are due back by 3PM on their date of return. For example, a 3-day rental beginning Friday would be due back by 3PM on Sunday.

Reservation Deposit
A first day's rental deposit, prior to any applicable discounts or promotions, is required to confirm your reservation if made before 45 days from departure date, and will be applied directly toward the rental rate. A rental term is generally a minimum of 2 days depending on boat model and season. Some models are only available for a 3 or 7-day minimum.

Early Boarding Option
Take command of your houseboat the evening before departure by selecting the "Early Board" option when available. You'll spend the first night on the boat at the marina - with the opportunity to be one of the first out on the lake in the morning after your orientation.

Trip Cancellation Protection
Plans change. Emergencies happen. Trip Cancellation Protection is a valuable option for groups that may need to make last-minute changes to their reservations. This option protects your vacation investment in case of an emergency resulting in the cancellation of your rental.

When you purchase this protection, your houseboat deposit and rental payment become fully refundable if you cancel your trip due to an emergency, whether it is for medical, professional or personal reasons.

Trip Cancellation may only be purchased 45+ days prior to the start of your trip.

Trip Cancellation Protection is not available inside of 45 days from arrival at the marina and cannot be canceled or transferred once purchased. If your reservation dates change, and Trip Cancellation Protection has been purchased, this protection cannot be applied to the new reservation within 45 days of your trip.

Powerboat, Fishing Boat & PWC Rental Rates

Round out your Forever Houseboat vacation with a watercraft rental from Cottonwod Cove Resort & Marina. Ski Boats and Deck Cruisers are the perfect compliment for sightseeing excursions, pulling waterskis and tubes, or grabbing the catch of the day. Or rent a personal watercraft for an even bigger thrill.

Rental packages are available with most houseboat trips when reserved at the same time.

Watercraft Accessories

• Ski Pak, Kneeboard & Wakeboard: $35, Daily and $150, Weekly with a $100 Deposit
• Tube: $15, Daily and $75 Weekly with a $100 Deposit

*Hourly rental rates are available on select watercraft only. Half-day rates may also be available. Weekly and multi-day rates are based on availability and are subject to advance reservations.

All rentals are subject to weather conditions. There is a two hour minimum on all rentals. Renter is responsible for fuel/oil, tax and optional damage waiver.

Prices do not include fuel, optional damage waiver, oil or sales tax. Renters must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid automobile driver's license.

Rates stated on this page are subject to final approval by the National Park Service (NPS), or specific governing agency.

Note: Should the final rate approved by the NPS or governing agency be higher than your confirmed rate, your confirmed rate will take precedence and be honored. If the final NPS or governing agency approved rate is less than your confirmed rate, your rate will be adjusted downward to the actual rate approved.

Cottonwood Cove RV Park features:

There is an eight person maximum per RV Site. Rates do not include tax. Pets are welcome in the RV area, but must be leashed.

These Spanish style red roofed motel rooms all have covered outdoor patios, table, and 4 chairs to enjoy incredible sunsets and lakefront views while cooking on the outdoor BBQ. The rooms are convenient to the Cafe and Gift Store. Outside the guest rooms is a volleyball net/court, shuffle board, grass, sand, and palm trees for an environment second to none for 100 miles around.

Rent an Airstream!

Cottonwood Cove Motel is proud to offer Airstreams for rent in our RV park, within a stone's throw of our motel rooms. The Airstreams are stationary, and come equipped with:

• Flatscreen TV w/Cable (HBO)
• Patio Awning
• BBQ Grill with Picnic Table and Chairs

Please note that daily housekeeping service is not provided for our Airstream rentals.

Rates are based on single or double occupancy, do not include tax and are subject to change. Peak season rates apply during holidays and black out periods. Check in: 3pm. Check out: 11am. There is a one-night deposit per room due at time of reservation. Cancellations must be received 5 days in advance of planned arrival date or deposit will be forfeited. For a block of 7 or more rooms, a 14 day cancellation is required or deposits will be forfeited.

All rooms are non-smoking and pets are not permitted in any of the rooms, including the Airstreams.

Whether you grab a mid-day snack or make time for an enjoyable meal, the friendly staff at the Cottonwood Cafe are ready and waiting to feed you and your crew.

The Cottonwood Cove Resort & Marina Gift Store offers a wonderful selection of memorabilia, clothing, souvenirs and convenience items whether shopping for yourself or finding the perfect gift. For your convenience, the gift store also sells fishing licenses, bait and tackle. The summer hours of operation are 7:00am - 7:00pm 7 days a week.
